Implementation evidence

The implemented feature, how it works, and the technical decision behind it.

01 / Original screen & source

Discovery adapts to the treatment

The opening questions and original MAVE artwork guide the customer to a treatment recommendation.

Technical decision

The recommendation carries the selected preferences, duration, and studio into the next step.

02 / Original screen & source

A native appointment draft

The booking state stores the chosen studio, service, date, and start time in an in-memory context.

Technical decision

The draft is not persisted across launches, so an old draft cannot reappear as a current price or available slot.

Evidence scope

Original 1.0.4-configured native source rendered through an Expo preview. Captures cover discovery and recommendation; no appointment, deposit, or device-hardware test is submitted.

MAVE, as a native app

The MAVE customer app runs on iOS and Android. It is available on the App Store and Google Play.

It brings treatment discovery, appointments, deposits, visit history, loyalty, and aftercare into one app. A customer can see real studio work, understand prices and durations, choose a location and available time, and keep the invoice after paying a deposit.

A treatment journey that starts with the person

The opening adapts its questions to the treatment selected. Preferences and studio choices become a recommendation that includes the treatment and its duration, with a path into the appointment flow.

The walkthrough uses the app’s original artwork and components. The sample answers are local; the capture stops before submitting a booking or payment.

The visit continues after booking

The native product includes visit history and invoices, a rescheduling flow, loyalty tiers from Muse to Prestige, and care reminders. It supports Indonesian and English, plus light and dark themes.

React Native, Expo, and Expo Router provide the native screens and navigation. The app uses the MAVE booking backend for appointment data and Xendit for deposit payments.

One brand, three products

The MAVE Brand Website presents the studio, services, artist, and treatment photography. The MAVE Booking Web App serves customers booking in a browser. This native app is the iOS and Android customer experience, with its own navigation and returning-customer features.

Capture source

Fresh Expo web export of the current native source, configured as version 1.0.4, captured on 13 October 2026. This verifies the original screen rendering in an isolated preview, rather than device hardware or a particular store release version.
